Rob believes engineering is “an ever-changing science” – similar to other technologies, with advances taking place practically on a daily basis. Rob is the cornerstone of Mulvey & Banani’s Tenant Services department, a team that delivers in excess of 4M SF/year, projects with tight timelines, and fixed budgets. A large established corporate clientele keeps Rob’s team active on projects sprinkled through just about every office tower in Toronto. With Mulvey & Banani since 1987, Rob joined the firm after graduating from the University of Toronto.
