Bay Adelaide Centre East

General Info

About the Project

Project Description

BAC East is the second of a 3-phase development to create the Bay Adelaide Centre complex, a new mixed-use complex in Toronto’s Financial District. The 1.22 million SF tower includes a 6-storey podium and the relocation and incorporation of two heritage façades of buildings that formerly occupied the site. Granite floors and marble outer core walls, public works of art and 30 foot ceilings establish the lobby as a serene counterpoint to the hectic street life outside.
