“Reverse-engineer-it” is Greg’s approach; he believes the end user experience, tailored to the client, should drive the selection of AV tools and technologies.
With over 23 years of industry experience, Greg leads a dedicated, passionate team of AV professionals in the delivery of brand forward system solutions across all project sectors and scales - ranging from cultural and sport venues, education and healthcare facilities, private commercial developments and tenant fit-ups. Greg graduated with Honours in Audio Engineering from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology (OIART), joining Mulvey & Banani originally in 2007. Through teaching and lecturing, he also remains active in the industry and connected to young AV professionals. Greg is a regular participant on a variety manufacturer round tables, industry councils, standard review committees, and industry related not-for profits.
Greg has designed AV systems for the offices and boardrooms of significant legal and financial companies across Canada (TD, RBC, CIBC, Heenan Blaikie LLP, Kinross Gold, C.I. Financial, Onex), as well as some of Canada’s most outstanding new museums and galleries (Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Winnipeg, Royal Ontario Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario, Remai Art Gallery of Saskatchewan). Large P3 projects are also part of his portfolio (Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Providence Care Hospital, Kingston, Women’s College Hospital Redevelopment, Waypoint Centre for Mental Health, Penetanguishene, South Niagara Hospital, Trillium Health Partnership, Mississauga), as are notable college and university projects (Mohawk College – Joyce Centre for Partnership & Innovation, Hamilton, University of Toronto – John H. Daniel Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design).
Greg’s leadership continues to shape the landscape of AV consulting, advancing innovation while mentoring the next generation of talent in the field.
