Project Description
This DBFM redevelopment project for Canada’s pre-eminent academic and ambulatory hospital was completed in two phases on the hospital’s current site on Grenville Street.
The new wing replaced older, outdated buildings and consolidates most hospital services in one location, enabling innovation in ambulatory models of care and enhancing the hospital’s stature as a leader in women’s health care, research and education.
The plan for the complex is L-shaped, organized around a light-filled 4-storey atrium and a 3-storey retail court.
