About the Project

Project Description

Mulvey & Banani provided Electrical, ICT, and Tenant Interior services for the 85,000-square-foot office build-out for Richardson Wealth, a leading Canadian financial services firm. Spanning three floors (23, 24, and 25) with stunning views of Toronto's waterfront, the project involved creating a cohesive space to unify multiple offices while reflecting the company’s brand, heritage, and values.

The new office features a reception area, meeting rooms, a catering kitchen, a lunchroom, lounge and collaboration areas, enclosed offices, and open workstation areas. Mulvey & Banani’s engineering expertise ensured seamless integration of electrical systems and advanced ICT infrastructure to support the dynamic and functional workspace.

Designed to maximize natural light and foster openness, the office emphasizes functionality, comfort, and connectivity. The engineering solutions contributed to the creation of a modern, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and clients alike, aligning with Richardson Wealth’s vision of a space that celebrates their culture and deep Canadian roots.
