Port Credit West Village (Brightwater Development)

General Info

About the Project

Project Description

This new waterfront mixed-use development revitalizes the former Imperial Oil Site along Mississauga's evolving waterfront, transforming it into a sustainable urban community. The development includes 2,995 residential units across a range of housing options, including condo suites and executive townhomes. Spanning an additional 18 acres of new parkland and open space, the project offers approximately 10 acres connecting to the existing waterfront trail, with plans for a potential elementary school and YMCA.

Brightwater blends Port Credit’s local heritage with vibrant, contemporary amenities, creating a new destination along the shores of Lake Ontario and enhancing the Port Credit experience. This project is a central piece of Mississauga’s waterfront, designed to bring residential, retail, and community spaces together in a dynamic, environmentally-conscious setting.
