Project Description
BDP Quadrangle’s 39,000-square-foot studio at The Well represents the perfect intersection of innovative design and advanced engineering. Spanning two floors (20th and 21st), the workspace is meticulously crafted to achieve WELL Platinum certification, emphasizing wellness, accessibility, and sustainability. Mulvey & Banani provided Tenant Interior services that included Electrical and ICT Engineering, Audio Visual and Lighting Design to bring this transformative vision to life, seamlessly integrating systems that support functionality, adaptability, and innovation.
The studio features a variety of thoughtfully designed spaces, including a reception area, boardroom, meeting rooms, fabrication lab, library, quiet zone, lounge, multi-purpose area, and open workstations. Mulvey & Banani’s expertise ensured robust electrical infrastructure, advanced audio-visual systems, and high-performance ICT networks to support the studio’s collaborative and technological needs.
Lighting played a pivotal role in enhancing the space’s wellness-focused design. Direct-indirect fixtures optimize task lighting in workstations, while adaptable systems in meeting rooms and offices provide flexibility for varied uses. Collaborative zones incorporate dynamic lighting strategies, including accent lighting to highlight focal areas and wall grazer lights to enhance architectural textures. Adjustable spotlights and ambient lighting ensure a comfortable and engaging environment, creating a harmonious balance of aesthetics and functionality.
This studio exemplifies the synergy of design ingenuity and technical precision, delivering a workspace that promotes collaboration, employee well-being, and environmental responsibility, setting a new standard for modern office environments.
