General Info

About the Project

Project Description

Amex’s Toronto head office reflects a forward-thinking approach to workplace design, emphasizing collaboration, flexibility, and employee experience. Moving away from traditional cubicles and assigned desks, the new multi-floor space offers a variety of dynamic areas to support different working styles, aligning with the company’s global “BlueWork” strategy. This innovative approach, already implemented in their international locations, fosters an open and modern environment with thoughtfully designed spaces, including open office areas, reception, lounges, meeting rooms, boardrooms, and a dedicated conference center.

To enhance functionality and support a seamless work experience, advanced audio-visual solutions were implemented. These include audio and video conferencing systems, presentation tools, integrated room booking, public address and fire alarm integration, and sound masking systems. A particular focus was placed on equipping spaces for corporate Town Hall meetings, accommodating both in-house technicians and external production crews for more polished events. This holistic approach ensures the space is both highly functional and conducive to fostering collaboration and innovation.
