16 York has been designed with distinctive architectural & engineering features that ensure the building will be one of the city's most noteworthy corporate addresses. The project consists of an office tower of 32 floors (plus penthouse) above grade and four (4) levels of underground parking at the south west corner of York Street and Bremner. Development has generator backup of entire building in N+1 arrangement to support full operations in the event of a power outage.
