Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and first joined Mulvey & Banani in 2011. Known for his steadfast dedication, collaborative approach, and positive demeanor, he has consistently demonstrated both technical expertise and leadership throughout his tenure.

With extensive experience across the corporate, commercial, and residential sectors, Jeff brings a balanced and inclusive leadership style to every project he oversees. His ability to guide teams, manage complex technical challenges, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders has been pivotal in driving projects to successful outcomes.

Jeff’s portfolio includes a number of high-profile and transformative developments. Notable projects include the acclaimed CIBC Square, the new Union Station Bus Terminal at 81 Bay Street, 140 Yorkville Avenue Condos, UPRC projects across Canada, and the new Toronto Regional Conservation Authority building, which is targeting Net Zero Carbon performance. In each of these projects, Jeff has played a key role in ensuring electrical and electronic systems are designed and integrated to the highest standards, contributing to both functionality and sustainability.
