160 Front Street West

General Info

About the Project

Project Description

The commercial tower at 160 Front Street West, a prominent addition to Toronto’s Financial District, rises 49 stories high, blending heritage preservation with modern architecture. The development incorporates the retained façade of the historic building at 160 Front Street, offering at-grade retail space along Simcoe Street. Featuring 1.2 million square feet of office space, the tower is designed with sustainability in mind, targeting LEED® Platinum and WELL Building Standards, aligning with Cadillac Fairview’s “Green at Work” program.

Distinctive architectural lighting highlights the tower’s curved cladding and heritage elements, reinforcing its commitment to energy efficiency. Mid- and upper-level amenities cater to occupants, along with a PATH connection, four levels of underground parking, and generator backup with N+1 configuration for full operational support in case of power outages.

Ongoing tenant projects within the tower include notable spaces for TD Bank and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTTP), further enhancing the building’s vibrant tenant mix.
