Ayat is promoted to Associate at Mulvey & Banani. Ayat is an experienced Building Intelligence Engineer who has been with Mulvey & Banani for nearly three years. With extensive experience in designing, analyzing, and commissioning electrical power distribution, communications, lighting controls, and security systems projects, Ayat has become an integral part of the Building Intelligence division. Her technical expertise and international experience, particularly in the transportation and government sectors, have been instrumental in delivering large-scale, complex projects across various sectors.

Since joining the team, Ayat has primarily focused on projects in the healthcare and corporate and commercial sectors, using her commitment to engineering excellence to meet and exceed client and project needs. Fluent in both Arabic and Kurdish, Ayat brings a unique global perspective to her work.

Outside of her professional contributions, Ayat is a dedicated parent, an avid hiker, and a routine volunteer for numerous causes, always going above and beyond in all aspects of her life.
