About the Project

Project Description

KingSett, a company that values both tradition and well-being, had outgrown their space in the TD Tower and needed to expand. Having recently acquired the Scotia Plaza, the opportunity to move there and take two full floors allowed for the design of a more functional, collaborative and engaging space for their employees.

The 30,000 square foot space included 40 private offices, 4 EA stations, and 105 workstations. The new design added much needed meeting rooms as well as a spacious and modern “KingSett Hub” that functions as an employee meeting and lunch space as well as a venue for special events and Company “Town Hall” meetings.
