About the Project

Project Description

Located at 111 Richmond Street, Google's Canadian sales and marketing headquarters relocated to a stunning new office at 111 Richmond St. W., spanning 58,000 square feet across five floors. Designed to inspire creativity and innovation, the space offers a mix of practical and playful amenities, including stocked kitchens, a canteen with free breakfast and lunch, a mini-golf course, retro arcade games, a DJ room, a soundproof music studio, and even a hidden lounge accessed via a revolving bookcase. Employees also enjoy an on-site gym with towel service and regular visits from a massage therapist.

The electrical engineering scope focused on a 1,000-square-foot interior renovation on the 12th floor Tech Stop. This involved reconfiguring the existing layout, upgrading lighting systems, and handling the removal and reinstallation of security devices. The project seamlessly integrated functionality with the innovative design of Google’s workspace, ensuring the updated area supports both operational needs and the creative culture of the company.
