The One & Andaz Hotel

General Info

About the Project

Project Description

Toronto’s first supertall tower, The One, is an 85-storey condominium, hotel, and retail complex that will become the tallest skyscraper in Toronto and Canada upon completion. MBL’s lighting scheme accentuates the building's exposed structure, highlighting its vertical, horizontal, and diagonal framing elements with warm, gradient lighting on the curtain walls.

This iconic development will include a new luxury boutique hotel, high-end retail spaces, residential units, and impressive amenities such as sky lobbies, roof terraces, and a South Facing Terrace. A standout feature is the Sky Lobby and Winter Garden, providing residents with exclusive views and experiences.

The Andaz Toronto–Yorkville, part of Hyatt Hotels' ANDAZ brand, will be situated on floors 4 through 16 of The One, marking the brand’s debut in Toronto. The 160-room property will feature more than 15 luxury suites, over 12,000 square feet of event and conference space, a spa, and a variety of food and beverage options.
