About the Project

Project Description

This new 11-storey building with leading edge Building Intelligence will serve as the new head office for the oil and gas company. The stately, granite clad building will consolidate 1,000 employees under one roof.  The building’s design will integrate the rich culture and history of Saint John into the features of the building, taking care to respect the scale and historic nature of King’s Square. A central atrium within the 225,000 SF building will foster collaboration and interaction among employees and enhanced connectivity.
