2 Bloor Street West

General Info

About the Project

Project Description

2 Bloor Street West is located at the base of a 34-storey office building, originally built in 1974. It is located on the northwest corner of the Yonge-Bloor intersection, where two major subway lines (Lines 1 and 2) of the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) converge. For this particular project, our team focused on transforming and enhancing several key areas within the building, namely the office lobby, elevator lobby, and exterior podium. The 32,000 square feet of space required a careful and thoughtful approach to Audio Visual and Lighting Design, ensuring that each area not only provided a functional and aesthetic environment but also aligned with modern design trends and technologies.
