Eric Cornish - P. Eng., Vice President
Large-scale and complex is the right fit for Eric, who is especially inspired by work on projects that literally shape the city skyline.
Eric specializes in electrical systems and mission critical power engineering. With a strong business acumen and command of large team dynamics and project criteria, Eric leads teams on complex mixed-use developments in the private commercial sector. Eric graduated with high distinction from Carleton University earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. He joined MBII shortly after, becoming Vice President and Principal in 2017.
Current projects include CIBC Square, a transit oriented, mixed use complex encompassing 3 million square foot office towers, retail podium, integrated Metrolinx Station, and Skypark. The Well, and Canada Square Masterplan and Office tower are also key inner city projects in progress. Eric has also worked on various mission critical projects and back-up power systems in the downtown core, including Canada’s premier telecommunications hub at 151 Front Street West and First Canadian Place.
