Kevin leads Mulvey & Banani’s Tenant Fit-up Division, where he specializes in delivering comprehensive electrical and electronic systems engineering and systems integration solutions for clients in the financial, legal, and investment sectors. He ensures that complex fit-up projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and a focus on both functionality and design intent.

Kevin approaches each day with enthusiasm, seeking out new challenges and opportunities to learn. Whether it’s exploring emerging technologies, solving intricate engineering problems or navigating tight project timelines, he brings energy, curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail to every project.

His journey with Mulvey & Banani began as a student, completing four consecutive work terms. This early experience laid the foundation for a deep understanding of the firm’s culture, standards, and technical excellence. Over the years, he has developed into a highly sought-after project engineer, renowned for his ability to lead challenging tenant fit-up projects on tight schedules and budgets, consistently delivering results that exceed client expectations.
