Angad Koacher, Vice President at Mulvey & Banani, approaches engineering with a focus on critical problem-solving, creativity, and innovation. He sees engineering as a collaborative effort to bring project visions to life, ensuring public safety and environmental protection. Angad's inspiration to pursue engineering stemmed from his desire to understand how things work, apply mathematical and scientific theories, and follow in the footsteps of family members already in the field.

Angad Koacher's leadership approach is hands-on, highlighting the significance of mentorship, training, and detailed work plans in his methodology. He pays meticulous attention to detail and prioritizes building strong relationships. His leadership is characterized by a blend of hard work, collaboration, and effective project management. Angad Koacher's educational journey is marked by a range of experiences, from working at a nuclear plant with Atomic Energy of Canada to providing utility power systems application support at the Independent Electrical Systems Operators (IESO). Angad's practical experience extends to on-site work at the Humber River Regional Hospital and providing engineering support for data centers in Winnipeg and Calgary. This wide array of roles across different regions of Canada showcases his adaptability and extensive expertise in various facets of the engineering industry.

Some of the key projects in Angad’s portfolio include work on the Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto, York Region Administrative Annex in Newmarket, West Park Healthcare Centre in Toronto, Bangalore Airport in India, and the Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project in British Columbia. His focus primarily lies in base-building electrical with a specialization in healthcare.

Outside of work, Angad enjoys watching and playing basketball, painting, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. His interest in art and sports, along with his commitment to family, offer a well-rounded perspective to his professional life, balancing technical proficiency with creative and personal fulfillment.
