Honoured to help with front line healthcare efforts, Mulvey & Banani joins the fight against Covid-19.

April, 2020

Mulvey & Banani salutes the front line healthcare workers, the support staff, and the construction industry for their tireless efforts preparing for the anticipated surge of COVID-19 patients in the coming weeks.

We are honoured to be able to contribute to some of the mobilization efforts required: internal field hospitals, temporary structures, and the re-shuffling of beds and units are some of the strategies that have been put into place to increase patient capacity. The Mulvey & Banani team has been able to quickly mobilize to provide electrical and specialty healthcare systems engineering for such measures, most achieved in as little as three weeks, and we will continue to do our best to support our healthcare providers.

Here is what some of our amazing health care facilities are doing:

• Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (conversion of shelled space to create an internal field hospital)
• Joseph Brant Hospital (creation of a temporary external bed unit)
• Trillium Health Partners (creation of a temporary external bed unit)
